Standard rules for our guests that will stay with their pets:
- Cats and dogs weighing less than 5 kg are not subject to fee.
- Maximum 2 pets per room. An additional fee may apply for the second pet.
- Pets are not allowed in the indoor – outdoor pool, spa and restaurant areas.
- Pets that constitute a safety and health risk can not enter the hotel.
- Pets must be walked around under the control of their owners on leash or inside their cage starting from the time of check-in.
- Owners of the pets must be in the room during the cleaning service.
- Additional fees may be charged if your pets damage the room.
- At the time of booking, the pet request must be submitted.
