HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY

Ramada Resort Bodrum is committed to providing a healthy and safe environment for all employees, contractors, visitors, and guests.

• All necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) related to various workplace hazards is provided to employees, contractors, visitors, and guests (when required).

• When appropriate, safety instructions are clearly communicated to guests and staff in relevant areas — such as “Do’s and Don’ts” notices (e.g., “For your own safety, please do not…”).

• Ramada Resort Bodrum maintains a specific fire and emergency safety policy, posted on the back of each guestroom door, which includes safe directions, emergency exits, and an assembly point.

• The Health and Safety Policy is reviewed at least once a year — or more frequently if necessary (for example, following an accident or near-miss) — to ensure that it remains both adequate and effective.

• Following any accident or near-miss incident, an analysis is conducted, and appropriate preventive and corrective actions are implemented.

All aspects of the business are managed in accordance with this policy to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone within our premises.
